Max Pro: Industrial concept for high-performance greenhouses

The increase in productivity and yield of the NGS system has its best all in Max Pro, a revolution in the way of managing crops from nursery to harvesting, based on a new concept for high-performance greenhouses: industrial cultivation.
Modern agriculture based on quality, density, control, savings and production needs automation that allows closing the circle of the production process.


Max Pro makes it possible to understand each product as an industrial crop, with the aim of optimizing the entire process, from beginning to end, it is possible to adjust the productions to a precise calendar and have a minimum team of multipurpose workforce, which is continuously in charge of the different tasks of production and harvesting of the crops.


One of the components of Max Pro is a greenhouse model specially designed to make the best use of the surface and with sufficient capacity to house any type of automation for crops. With a robust structure, this greenhouse is characterized by having 12-meter tunnels, reinforcements in the form of trusses in the porches, double chapel in each tunnel, perimeter ventilation and a zenith ventilation system, which allows a roof opening of up to 95% .

This greenhouse is one of the most complete and ideal models for creating microclimates that optimize the proper development of crops.
The other component of the Max Pro system consists of the adaptation to this structure of modern and automated high-performance cultivation systems which allow high planting densities.


There are two possibilities: Leaf and Baby Leaf Max.

Max Pro Baby Leaf

This automated system is capable of accommodating 27,200 trays per hectare for a crops of 12 cycles per year with a yield of 163 tons.
This crop, with maximum reliability in programming and performance, allows to obtain high quality productions with are clean and uniform.

Max Pro Leaf

Is based on the NGS recirculating hydroponic system, and allows a rotation of 10 to 14 cycles per year, with a planting density of 300,000 to 400,000 plants per hectare and cycle.
This high quality, uniformity and clean plants, have minimal labor costs. An automated crop that optimizes the parameters of water and fertilizer consumption and that is capable of producing 3 million plants per hectare per year of the highest quality, with a commercial use of up to 95 percent.
